For even the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve...
CrossPoint has various volunteer opportunities throughout the year. From simply helping a fellow member to making an impact in the community, there is something for everyone here at CrossPoint. Currently our largest event is the food distribution on the 1st Saturday of each month. We are partnered with the Tarrant Area Food Bank a distribute food to very large turnouts of people in need.
Serve in our church
Use your unique gifts to help build the Kingdom.
Do you feel led to help your church family? There are many places to serve within the church! You could be the smiling face at the door, a member of the cleanup crew, a vital hand in nursery or childcare, or even someone who just comes to do a little yard work once a month. There are so many ways to help and keep our church functioning smoothly and beautifully. Do you have a specialty you would like to share? Maybe an aptitude for singing, teaching, or even technology? Reach out to our pastor or the head of that team to see what you can do. See something you think you could provide that our church doesn't have? Let us know! It may be something we've needed for a long time.
How do I volunteer?
Notifications and announcements are given any time an opportunity to volunteer may arise. Keep an eye out for messages from church staff, and keep an ear out during service for more details.
How do I volunteer with kids?
Are you good with kids? Do you have a passion for bringing them up in the Word? Contact Pastor Todd or Anna Derbyshire for information on what we could use in our children's department.
How do I volunteer with music?
If you feel led to contribute your musical aptitude, please reach out to Worship Leader David Metcalfe to see where we could use your talent.
How do I volunteer with students?
Do you have a connection and a drive to teach older kids and teens? SPeak with our pastor about potential opportunities to share the Word with out youth.
