I am excited to report an upcoming meeting with builder/designer Dwight Newsome on July 22nd. I have had a few preliminary meetings with Mr. Newsome and I am encouraged by his passion and commitment to building churches that meet congregational needs. He designed and built the recent facilities expansion atFort WorthFirstChurchof the Nazarene which held our annual district meetings. He will be making a presentation to the Church Board and Vision Committee. Continue to remember us in prayer as we come to the critical point of deciding on an architectural/building firm to partner with. As always, I am available to speak with anyone who wants more detailed information or has some suggestions for the Vision Team.

A week after closing on the property I wanted to share with everyone a little bit more detail about the land.  This video was shared September 20, 2009 inviting everyone to a "come and go visit" on the property. The view from the crest of the property is phenomenal.  Just like the view we get when we capture a tiny fraction of what God's plan for us is.  What do you think needs to happen in your life if you were to capture God's vision?
